Went there- wouldn't rate it. The promo material is waaaay more inspiring than the actual experience. The accommodation was nice but the rest of the place is run like school camp. Totally shits on that end of the world romantic ideal. Save yourself the thousands of euro and rent a log cabin in the snow, take your own smoked salmon and you've just replicated what's on offer up there for a quarter of the price and without waiting in line for the drip filter coffee in the mornings with the other tourists.
