Any personal information required by Vidafine Inc. throughout the ordering process will only be used to process the customer’s order. Any personal information collected will not be used without the customer’s consent. Shipping details and e-mail addresses acquired by Vidafine Inc. from Paypal™ will strictly be used to complete the customer’s online transaction and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Vidafine Inc. makes every effort to ensure a safe and secure online shopping experience for all our customers.
methods of payment
Vidafine Inc. will accept payment through our customer’s Paypal™ account, or any of the following credit cards through Paypal™: American Express, Visa, & MasterCard. Vidafine Inc. will not accept any other types of payment that is not offered by Paypal™. All legal responsibilities associated with the financial transaction of our customer’s orders will be solely the responsibility of Paypal™. This includes keeping our customer’s personal information secure. For any further inquiries in regards to the use of Paypal™ and its role during an online transation, please contact Paypal™ directly. Vidafine Inc. will not be liable for such matters.
online ordering process
Once Vidafine Inc. receives payment, the order will be processed and shipment will follow within 2 business days. To modify or cancel an order prior to the shipment being made, please notify us at
info@vidafine.com with your order confirmation number to check whether or not the order has already been shipped. If the item is still in the Vidafine Inc. warehouse, Vidafine Inc. will gladly adjust the order. If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately no changes can be made.
shipping
Vidafine Inc. uses FedEx Ground or Canada Post for shipping our orders. Shipping will take approximately 5-7 business days after an order confirmation has been received from Paypal™. For express shipping, please notify us at
info@vidafine.com with your order confirmation number and preferred shipping method within 24 hours after purchase so that arrangements can be made. Please note: the customer will pay any additional charges for express shipping. Vidafine Inc. will gladly assist in the shipping arrangement. For more details please refer to our shipping policies.
exchange/return policy
Exchanges and returns are available if the product(s) received do not meet our customer’s expectations. However, any shipping & handling fees associated with the return of the product to the Vidafine Inc. warehouse will not be covered by Vidafine Inc. If our customer’s wish to exchange/return the product(s) purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to incur all charges associated with both the return and new shipment.
If the product(s) are damaged, defective or an incorrect product(s) was delivered, Vidafine Inc. will gladly cover all shipping & handling fees involved with no additional cost to the customer.
All exchanges/returns must be made within 10 days upon delivery, and products must be in their original condition. Customers must report defective product(s) or arrange a return/exchange by e-mailing Vidafine Inc. at
info@vidafine.com within 10 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made after 10 days.
For any types of exchange/return, a proof of purchase & delivery are required and must be received by the Vidafine Inc.’s customer support team with the returned product.
The process of completing an exchange/return will be 30 days from the initial contact date with our customer support team.
international customers
Vidafine Inc. does not cover any duty fees or taxes that are charged by border service agencies. Rates do differ for each country; please check with your border service agency to inquire about the types of fees that may be incurred with the transaction prior to placing an order.
