It’s pretty remarkable how often we might overlook something we come across everyday, such as a pizza box, and rediscover the different ways it could be used most optimally. Sometimes it’s not always the brightest inventions that make the differences in this world.

I came across these food related advertisements the other day. With the way the marketing landscape is evolving towards web 2.0 technologies, will print ads become a thing of the past? Are these ads good enough to ‘eat’?

Datamancer Deco Keyboard
Art deco has always been a theme of intrigue to me, most prominently in industrial designs. The whole movement was influential around the world as it made headway embracing futurism and the machine age. Being more of my grandparents’ time and not so much my own, just seeing these designs from that time somehow communicates the mood and disposition of that era. As time passed and the winds of change brought about new trends and technologies, art deco influenced designs have become a bit of a lost art. But once in a blue moon, we stumble upon immaculately crafted art deco pieces such as the custom Deco Keyboard created by Datamancer. Coffee or Tea?
The great debate: Coffee or Tea.
Usually it’s either one or the other. I for one don’t really like the taste of coffee and prefer the simple taste of tea. That’s why when I saw these Maum tea bags from WDARU, a korean design team, I got a tad excited at just how fun they look! The tea bags are designed resembling different people engaging in different tasks.
